The day began with an exploration of real-time multimodal agents powered by the open-source TEN (Transformative Extensions Network) framework. These agents process voice, text, video, and data inputs simultaneously, enabling faster, smarter, and more engaging interactions.
The session highlighted collaborations with OpenAI and their cutting-edge capabilities in creating applications that power smart homes, social entertainment, teleoperation and other industries requiring dynamic real-time engagement.
Angeline Lim, Senior Director Channel Sales, Cloud Engineering, Oracle
Kicking off the event, Angeline highlighted the strong partnership between Oracle and Agora, emphasizing Oracle’s role in enabling scalable cloud solutions that empower AI advancements. She welcomed attendees to collaborate, innovate, and share ideas as we shape the future of technology.
Raphael Chen, VP of Engineering, Agora
Raphael’s presentation explored how voice agents are transforming real-time engagement. He covered advancements in speech-to-speech models, low-latency responses, and Agora’s noise suppression techniques to enable human-like, natural AI interactions for customer service, healthcare, and virtual companionship.

Mike Su, Oracle Tech Cloud Director
Mike introduced the joint OCI and TEN solution, focusing on Oracle’s AI-driven enterprise infrastructure and Agora’s real-time network for voice interaction with AI. He demonstrated how businesses can use GPU scalability, cloud optimization, and TEN framework to speed up AI communication, improve data management, and drive innovation.

Jing shared insights into AI doorman solution powered by Agora and OpenAI Realtime API, showcasing how smart home devices seamlessly integrate computer vision, NLP, and human conversation for smooth interactions. This solution efficiently manages overlapping events and ensures real-time processing with actions such as detecting a stranger and triggering a siren within 1 second and generating conversational responses just as quickly. The system adapts to different scenarios—like “Home Alone” or “Package Delivery”—while maintaining privacy and personalizing responses using location and visitor history.

Amogha Srirangarajan, CEO, Carbon Origins
Amogha presented AI copilots for AR/VR-assisted teleoperation. He demonstrated how AI is enabling remote control of machinery, robotics, and vehicles across industries, such as industrial automation, emergency response, and remote equipment monitoring.

The second session focused on how Agora’s technology integrates speech-to-text (STT), large language models (LLM), and text-to-speech (TTS) to enable seamless real-time communication. Participants explored how these solutions power smart spaces, interactive AI-driven applications, and real-time translation, creating opportunities for immersive, multi-user interactions across industries.
Chan Yu Ka, Director Cloud Engineering, Oracle
Chan explored how Oracle accelerates the AI advantage through its cloud infrastructure. He emphasized the importance of GPU performance, robust AI scalability, and cloud-driven solutions for businesses adopting AI applications at scale.
